Trauma-Informed Practice Training

Cost: £250

Psychologically safe learning environments.

My training supports teams to understand trauma not as an individual flaw, but as a human response to overwhelming experiences. We explore how safety, predictability, consent, and emotional pacing shape every interaction. Participants learn practical tools for grounding, co‑regulation, and creating environments where people don’t have to mask distress or push through discomfort. This training emphasises compassion, clarity, and the importance of non‑pathologising language in everyday practice.

Optional additions:

  • Micro‑skills for trauma‑sensitive communication

  • How organisational systems can unintentionally retraumatise
